Executive Vice President and Chancellor
IU Bloomington
Indiana University Bloomington seeks a bold and visionary leader to serve as its new chancellor. In concert with IU’s strategic plan, the chancellor will have an exceptional opportunity to lead the flagship campus and advance the institution’s national and global presence.
With authority over all campus operations such as budget, student affairs, and enrollment, this leader for the Bloomington campus will partner with the campus community to foster increased faculty participation in campus decision-making and prioritize communication on initiatives and challenges to the campus. The chancellor will work closely with President Pamela Whitten and university administrative leadership to ensure richer engagement with IU Bloomington students, faculty and staff.
Based at the IU Bloomington campus, the chancellor reports directly to the president, serves as executive vice president on the president’s cabinet, and oversees the Office of the Provost.
